1. Bolthouse Farms Creamy Yogurt Dressings
So far I've tried the classic ranch, blue cheese, and salsa ranch (not pictured here) and all three have been VERY tasty. Each of these dressings come in between 35 and 45 calories for 2 tbsp of dressing, and are about 3 grams of fat or less per serving. As those of you label checkers know, that's amazing. And, there isn't some super long ingredient list to go along with these low fat options. You definitely won't miss the mayo, I know I don't.
2. Sargento Ultra Thin Sliced Cheeses
These are a great option for those of you cheese lovers like myself. Whether you're looking for something to add to a sandwich or just to eat for a yummy snack. I've only tried the Provolone so far but it's great. At 40 calories a slice. I'll take it.
3. Healthy Life Whole Wheat Products
Healthy Life offers a variety of low calorie, lower carb bread options. I've tried a variety of their products including their whole wheat whole grain bread, their multi-grain English muffins, and their whole wheat hamburger and hotdog buns. They are a great option for those of you who want to feel good about the bread you're eating. And, it tastes great too! All of the products I've tried are 80 calories or less per serving. Pretty darn good for bread.
4. Emerald Cocoa Roast Almond 100 calorie packs
Hundred calorie packs of the most delicious tasting almonds there are - cocoa roast. These are super healthy and satisfy those sweet tooth cravings. Try them out for yourselves!
