One of my goals each year is to do a little extra baking in the kitchen. Cooking comes fairly naturally to me, but baking on the other hand just does not. I hope to some day do enough baking that eventually it too will be a piece of cake (literally) for me. One of the many treats I've always wanted to experiment with is biscotti (also known as twice-baked biscuits). There are so many yummy sounding flavors that I honestly don't know which one I want to try. I was able to narrow it down to a few options...
Which one would you choose?

Mmm the biscotti looks so good! My favorite would be the chocolate pistachio!! YUM!
