Well, while I have kept up with the workouts for the past few weeks..I wasn't following the 28 day workout plan exactly. My on demand stopped offering some of the videos necessary to really do "the plan." Since I liked the workouts I had tried so far a whole lot, I decided to invest in the DVDs. For $55.99, you get 3 DVDs with a total of 13 workouts. I know it may seem like a lot of money but these workouts are tough. My body has been challenged to do things I never thought I could do. Seriously. It's good, real good. Today was Day 1 of the "real" 28 day plan, and I am already feeling a little sore. I am a firm believer this is going to work (not the 10 lbs, but definitely some toning), especially since I have felt a little thinner over the past few weeks and I didn't even do the plan exactly. I measured my waist (and hips) this morning, and I'm hoping to check in each Monday to let you all know how it goes, but so far i'm loving it.
