I love a goooood Balsamic Vinegar, so the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena looks great. I'm also really intrigued by the avocado oil. Never heard of it! (I need to get out more. Ha!) My husband and I grow avocados (sooooo good). I think we need avocado oil now. :)
