Apparently today is all about my Pinterest finds. I'm sorry if you are sick of it already, but I think this article may be of interest to some of you so I couldn't help but share. Women's Health put together this list of the "12 Best Foods for Your Abs". I'm always looking to find new food options to keep eating healthy interesting. It's nice to know that some of my recent additions to my diet may be doing me some good.
While many of the items on this list are common sense, I was happy to see that most of the foods that were mentioned are part of my everyday diet. My most recent addition - whey protein powder. Adding a scoop of this to my morning fruit smoothies is an easy way to get a little extra protein in my diet. I don't know about you, but I could always use more!

I happen to love all of those foods, so I think this list is great! :D Everything in moderation, though right? I mean, nut butters are great for you.. but not an entire jar!
