Good afternoon lovelies. This week I have had quite an issue with coming up with healthy lunch ideas that I'm excited about eating. I've been eating super healthy the last few weeks and have tried to lower my intake of carbs. In doing so, there have been a LOT of salads and even more veggies. I love my salads, and I certainly love veggies too, but I have to be honest, I'm getting pretty sick of them being the main star of my lunch. They are not all that exciting to look forward to for my midday chow down. Especially when I have eaten them for what feels like a thousand days in a row. I came across this helpful list of healthy sandwich ideas via Pinterest (did you think you had enough of those posts today?)
I'm not sure about all of you, but these look like some awesome combos to me. Some I MAY have to try next week. So I ask all of you, my always helpful readers, what are some of the healthy things you eat to make lunchtime exciting? I really can use all of the suggestions I can get.

Mm that veggie cream cheese and cucumber looks good! I like hummus and cucumber together too.

Those combos look great! My favorite (I could seriously eat it every day) is almond butter on whole wheat topped with strawberries.
I love this. The strawberry one looks amazing. And now I want to make a cucumber sandwich.
My fav: wholewheat toast, Vegemite, smushed avocado, your fav cheese! When there is no Vegemite, I smushed sardines and spread them on the toast!
